Elitez Events is Singapore's corporate events agency built on two things: genuine sector expertise and an obsession with getting the details right.

Elitez Events is the corporate events arm of Elitez Group of Companies — one of Singapore's established HR and workforce solutions groups. We were built on a simple premise: that the people who understand your workforce best are the ones best equipped to create events that actually move them.

Our client portfolio spans Singapore's most recognisable public-sector and private-sector organisations — from DSTA and SingHealth to Mandai Wildlife Group and Singapore Institute of Technology. Each of them came to us because they needed more than logistics management. They needed an agency that understood the stakes.

We are a compact, senior team. Every account is managed directly by people who have been in the industry long enough to know what can go wrong — and how to make sure it doesn't. That's not a value we wrote for a website. It's how we operate every day.

Sam brings hands-on event experience from Fractal Events, SAF Yacht Club and corporate brand activations — covering everything from BTL marketing campaigns to large-scale corporate events. At Elitez, he's the client's day-to-day point of contact, managing accounts from brief to post-event debrief.

Operational backbone of the Elitez Events team. Jorena manages vendor relationships, logistics coordination and on-the-ground execution — ensuring every moving part lands exactly where it should, on the day that matters.

Senior Events Consultant
With 20+ years in the Singapore events industry, Bryan serves as our senior consultant — the depth behind our production quality. His portfolio spans MediaCorp productions (Anugerah Planet Musik, Singapore Television Awards), large-scale Family Days for ExxonMobil, MPA and New Balance, and gala dinners up to 3,000 pax. When complexity is high, Bryan's experience is in the room.
